property is still for sale. If their property is still for
sale then they will be given instructions to ensure the advert
remains live at no extra cost. The minimum live exposure
guarantee for Classified Adverts is one day.
13. Advertising costs are not refunded if advertising is cancelled before
expiry of advertising period. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
14. These conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance
with the Law in the Country of the Website Owner and any disputes relating to these conditions
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Law Courts of the Website Owner.
